Its time to gauge just how much weight we have lost since our last “weigh-in” and see the fruits of our labour over the period involved!
If you have misplaced your “Individual Progress Chart” which was handed out during the information sessions last year, then Michael will have some more available on 3 March. The Progress Chart is for you to record your progressive weight over the period of the programme and for you to also list the actions you plan to pursue in order to achieve your objectives. Its your own personal planner and as we all know, it’s the old story of what gets planned gets done!
We will have the scales at our Club meeting on 3 March and will endeavour to get everybody to “weigh-in” prior to the meeting commencing.
