Rotary International Convention 2011

  • by

Dear Rotarian,

Rotary Convention One-Day House of Friendship Pass now available

If you’ve never been to an RI Convention and you live near New Orleans, why not plan to spend Saturday (21 May 2011) at the House of Friendship? Just purchase a One-Day House of Friendship Pass for 40 USD. You can always upgrade to a full convention registration, if you want to attend plenary and breakout sessions. Take a look at the preliminary convention schedule and Let the Good Times Roll…Again!

For a small investment of 40 USD, invite family, friends and prospective new members to spend a day in the House of Friendship and share Rotary — with you as their guide. It is a great way to showcase the broad range of service activities and enhance Rotary’s public image. It’s an economical way to bring family members to the convention, so that they can understand your commitment to Rotary.  It may even encourage them to become Rotarians!

If you’ve already registered for the convention and want to purchase a pass, just check the box at the top of the HOF form and skip to the guest registration section. The pass will be added to your confirmation. After 31 March 2011, you can fill out the One-Day House of Friendship Pass form onsite.

What happens at the House of Friendship? The First Time Attendees’ Guide, the Booths Web page, and the 2010 convention image gallery will tell you more. Picture yourself talking to exhibitors about innovative projects, sharing professional, recreational, and humanitarian interests with global networking groups, and enjoying local cuisine while listening to local entertainers.

What a great way to enjoy Rotary fellowship at a nominal cost!
