Rotary Charity Golf Day

  • by

Rotary WA is finalising an amazing project which assists in medical treatment and stem cell research. Rotary WA has raised $6 million over the last couple of years to build a public Cord Blood Bank in Perth. It is almost finished. There are only three other public Cord Blood Banks in Australia

Cord blood, found in the umbilical cord and placenta after childbirth, is a rich source of blood forming cells that are being used as a preferred treatment in a growing number of medical conditions. The Perth Cord Blood Bank will give healthy WA mothers giving birth to health babies the opportunity to donate the cord blood for the good of the whole community

You can help Rotary complete the project by supporting a charity golf day being run by The Rotary Clubs of Attadale and Fremantle at Royal Fremantle Golf Club on Friday 4th March 2011.

How can you help?

– Nominate a team of four to compete on the day. The cost is $400 per team.
– Become a Gold, Silver or Bronze sponsor

By assisting with this charity golf day you will be helping to provide a facility which will directly benefit your children and their families.
